Lessons & Training
Game Creek Ranch offers both private and group horseback riding lessons. We cater to riders of all abilities, styles and age groups and encourage families to explore riding together. We offer lessons on a student’s personal horse or will provide a lesson horse if needed. All lessons at Game Creek Ranch take place in our heated indoor riding arena. We feel strongly about the relationship between horse, rider and instructor and have based our G.A.M.E. C.R.E.E.K. Philosophy around this.

In addition to our Ranch Camp sessions this summer, we're offering group lesson days based on your child’s level of riding and horsemanship skills. Up until the end of the school year, we will be preparing your child to test into one of our four levels of horsemanship.

Our goal at Game Creek Ranch is to build a foundation for correct and safe horsemanship skills. Learning the skills needed to earn a horse’s trust on the ground and then transferring those skills to time in the saddle ensures the full circle of horsemanship. G.A.M.E. C.R.E.E.K. represents our philosophy in making this possible.

Welcome to Game Creek Ranch! We’re excited to have you riding with us. Before you or your child(ren) ride, we’d like to provide you with some important information regarding your riding lesson.

Our Wranglers Western Group Lessons are for riders ages 7 and above. There are four lesson per session, once a week for 4 weeks. Enrollment limited to six riders per session.

Game Creek Ranch is excited to offer to the Jackson Hole community Clinics for all ages in a variety of disciplines. Clinics are a great way to learn new or improve existing skills.

At Game Creek Ranch, we view horseback riding in all its forms as a positive family activity. We offer lessons for horse lovers of all ages and encourage families to participate in equine activities together. Programs include Youth Mini-Camps, After-School Programs, and Family Programs.
