Just For Kids, and Mom Too

Game Creek Ranch offers several clinics just for mom and her child. Learn how to saddle-up and ride, get comfortable on a horse, or join us for a themed sleep-over. Themed parties for Halloween, Fourth-of-July, birthdays or other holidays can certainly be arranged.

Mommy and Me (30 minutes) - $85 per session

  • Horse and Tack included and Horse will be saddled to go.
  • Teaches children the appropriate behavior skills thru horses and touch.
  • Toddlers with Moms as the leader in a lesson, then riding double.
  • Children should be pre-k age and under.
  • Class size is limited to 2 groups of adult and child.

Pony Sleepovers - $85 per child

  • Feed the horses breakfast
  • Horse Crafts
  • Arena horse games
  • Movie in the Barn with hot cocoa and popcorn
  • Minimum of 5 children (child must be 6 years of age).

Native American Sleepovers - $85 per child

  • Overnight in a real tipi.
  • Decorate and set up like the “old times.” Buffalo Hides, Indian Décor, Campfire.
  • Learn about the daily life of the Indian.
  • Paint and decorate a horse in war paint.
  • Traditional Indian food will be served.
  • Minimum of 5 children (child must be 6 years of age).

Halloween Haunted Barn (90 minutes) $25.00 per child

  • Costume contest (prices can include scariest, funniest, etc.)
  • Tour through the Haunted Barn
  • Trick or Treats
  • Minimum of 12 children at $ 25 per child plus a onetime set up fee.

Pumpkin Carving

  • We provide, or B.Y.O.Pumpkin.
  • Stencils, paints, silly props for horns/hair.
  • Bake pumpkin seeds.

Birthday Parties (or other special occassions)

We at Game Creek Ranch would love to help you host the party of a lifetime for your child. We offer many activities and games to choose from to make your aspiring cowboy or cowgirl’s party unique and unforgettable. Please see Children's Parties for more information.

Price is based on hourly arena time. A 2-hour minimum is required; $25 for children 3-6 years of age and $35 for children 7-12 years of age.

The party can include any number of these events:

  • Archeology Dig for native animal bones.
  • Catch ducks in a pond.
  • Cook and Eat simple foods of the Indians.
  • Create and make simple games, toys from natural materials.

Decorations, party supplies and cake can be provided by Game Creek Ranch for a small fee.
